This return policy applies to all items purchased from silentchop.shop.
- Return Period
Customers may apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the goods. Applications submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
- Return Conditions
Returned goods must be in basically intact condition, not affecting resale, and original packaging and accessories should be retained whenever possible. Damage caused by the customer, obvious signs of use, or missing accessories may affect the refund processing outcome.
- Refund Processing Time
After we receive and inspect the returned goods, orders meeting the return conditions will have their refunds processed within 3 days of confirmation. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
- Return Process
Customers must first contact us via email to apply for a return. After confirmation, follow the instructions to return the goods. Packages returned without confirmation may not be processed.
- Shipping Costs
The responsibility for return shipping costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis. If the return is due to a product defect, we will bear the reasonable shipping costs; if the return is for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
